Strategies for RDNs and NDTRs to Create Food Systems Change
Module 7 describes specific strategies for nutrition professionals to create positive change in the food system, including how RDNs and NDTRs can leverage their skills in support of sustainable food systems and where reliable resource for continued learning in this area can be found.
Learning outcomes from this module include:
- Identifying five entry points through which RDNs and NDTRs can leverage their knowledge and skills to cultivate sustainable food systems.
- Identifying cross-cutting skills that are common to nutrition and dietetics practice that can help RDNs and NDTRs to promote sustainable food systems.
- Locating reliable resources related to sustainable food and water systems for RDNs and NDTRs.
