Congratulations on being selected as a research grantee from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation. This page serves as a centralized location for common forms required of Foundation research grant recipients.

All forms on this webpage utilize the same case-sensitive password originally shared within your winner notification email. If you cannot locate the password, please contact us via email at and state the name of the research grant you received in your email.

Grant Reporting Required of all Recipients

All grantees are required to report their progress to the Foundation every six months using the form linked below. Grantees should refer to their winner notification, sent via email, for respective report deadlines.

Publication

Are you a past recipient whose Foundation-funded project has recently been published in an academic journal? Please send us an email with the paper details so we can add it to our research library.

Acknowledgement

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation should be acknowledged as the funder in all posters, papers, and other publications related to the funded project: "This project was funded by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation through their research grant fund."

Optional Reporting Forms

Grantees only need to complete the following forms if they need to request a modification to their proposed research and/or approved study budget. Foundation staff will respond with approval or disapproval of your request within two weeks of submission.

The Foundation allows recipients to request up to a one-year extension for research grants.

*Effective August 18, 2023, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation will not permit more than 15% of a total contract budget to be used for facility and administrative (F&A/indirect) costs. This pertains to all contracts regardless of organizational type. Please contact Jean Cibuzar, Chief Financial and Operating Officer for any questions regarding this policy.
