Your Academy Foundation Impacts Members’ Lives, Career
Are you aware of the scholarship support your Academy Foundation provides today and how the effort has grown over the years?
The Foundation was established 56 years ago with a single donation to fund a scholarship. This gift to the future set the Foundation on a path to become the leading funder of scholarships to nutrition and dietetics professionals at all levels of study. For the 2022-2023 academic year the Foundation granted over $850,000 to more than 300 deserving students. There’s so many more heart-warming stories to tell about Foundation scholarship winners. Watch for my weekly updates as we move into the giving season. Our members lead the way in gifts. Their generous giving helped to establish 90% of all Foundation named scholarship funds.
